About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead real-world evidence generation plans aligned with therapeutic area strategies and access goals
- Deliver RWE studies on time and within budget, ensuring scientific rigor and compliance
- Provide methodological expertise for observational and epidemiologic research initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate RWE into brand strategy and evidence planning
- Build strategic partnerships to access external data sources and ensure data governance
- Disseminate health outcomes through scientific venues and local cross-functional plans
- Oversee medical governance of evidence generation activities and ensure audit readiness
Essential Requirements
- University degree in bioscience, medical sciences, or health economics; PhD preferred
- Proven experience conducting registry or database, claims or other RWE studies with epidemiological expertise
- Strong strategic mindset and knowledge of medical, market access, or outcomes research
- Familiarity with Czech healthcare systems and access processes
- Understanding of product lifecycle from development to post-launch evidence needs
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English and Czech
Desirable Requirements
- Experience collaborating with payors and key opinion leaders and health authorities to shape evidence strategies
- Familiarity with visualization and decision-support tools for RWE dissemination
